Primary Responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to ensure that each location operates efficiently in alignment with the company’s core values and contractual commitments. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement opportunities across all sites.
People
- Acquisition and development of a team that can exceed client expectations while meeting company standards
- Provides leadership for employees
- Develop, mentor and promote strong performers at all levels of operations
- Establishes the scheduling requirements for employees/agents under their supervision
- Makes assignments to assure that positions are covered and that the Client is being serviced in accordance with their needs
- Responsible for placing employees due to call offs and time off requested
Finance
- Develop tactical and strategic plans to build talent pipeline through associate development
- Meet profit and growth objectives
- Drive consistent operational performance across all locations with a focus on safety, service and cost
- Ensure all operations are optimally staffed and organized to maximize performance and service delivery
- Communicate professionally
- Manage P&L & revenue growth for location
- Work with the Operations and Finance Teams to develop and implement business plans to improve financial performance year over year
Safety
- Instill in the employees that safe performance is a critical element required to achieve success and is a recognized indicator of individual and team effectiveness
- Participate in the development and effective execution of location strategies and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports, investigate, respond to questions and provide documentation
- Follows all safety rules
- Observes and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to proper authority
Fleet/Assets
- Develop a balanced fleet/asset approach that promotes utilization, safety, service and driver success
- Maintain vehicle maintenance requirement and records; schedule regular and irregular audits of unit vehicles
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years managerial experience, including P&L responsibility, required
- Ability to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and build relationships
- Customer Relationship management
- Utilize routing optimization, Transportation Management Systems, and driver safety management tools to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Multi-Site operational oversight
- Strong Financial Experience and Problem Solving / Process Improvement skills required
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
- Transportation/Logistics experience a plus

Pay
$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
