What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple branch locations
• Ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations
• Drive financial performance and employee engagement
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Manage regional operating budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Maintain facilities, fleet, inventory, and equipment to support safe and efficient operations
• Develop talent through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and serve as a champion for organizational change
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Experience leading multiple locations or regional operations
• Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, budgets, and operational metrics
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through change
• Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or a related industry
• Experience in safety-sensitive positions
