Regional Director of Operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of our specialty-focused dental practices (Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery) within our Meridian and Precision regions, covering West Virginia (Morgantown area), Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area), and Western Maryland, providing leadership and guidance on employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals.
  • Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting company culture through its mission, vision, and core values.
  • Build strong and productive partnerships with specialists and office teams, making effective, data-driven decisions based on performance insights, operational observations, and cost controls.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performance teams through training, coaching, expectation setting, and accountability, while ensuring compliance with all operational standards and regulations.
  • Be responsible for office profit & loss by partnering to manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and controlling operational expenses.
  • Conduct financial report reviews, revenue posting, and staff payroll.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent communication with the Vice President of Operations and executive team regarding challenges, action plans, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of multi-office supervisory or management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with specialty dental exposure (Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery).
  • Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn new systems and analyze data effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service, support, and education to patients, providers, and team members.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across multiple office locations, including occasional overnight travel. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
  • Ability and willingness to attend off-site leadership meetings throughout the year.
