Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
- Coordinate resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
- Provide training, education, and strategic coaching for each community
- Ensure adherence with all state and federal guidelines to maintain the highest level of compliance
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
- Multi-site management in similar environment experience preferred
- The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and scheduling
- Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
