Regional Director of Operations
About the role
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the professional, efficient and standardized operation of the health care facilities owned by Monarch Healthcare Management in order to meet the Company's objectives related to resident services, as such objectives are stated in the Company's Personnel Policies.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Establishes and maintains efficient operation of the facilities utilizing strong management principles and leadership qualities
- Covers the rest of the responsibilities as detailed in the job description
Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate of an accredited college and licensed as a health care administrator in the State of Minnesota
- Experience in administrative, business and personnel functions in health-related fields
- Must possess initiative, good judgment and leadership ability
- Must have the ability to deal with a great variety of people
- Continuing education in the health care field is required
- Must be able to perform essential physical and environmental requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must qualify for employment after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services
