We value our relationships with recruitment partners and require that agencies contact us first before submitting any candidates. Hyatt will not be responsible for any fees and obligations associated with unsolicited submissions unless a formal agreement is in place. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "We welcome you: Research shows..." etc. Also remove "We value our relationships with recruitment partners..." etc. Also remove "The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing..." maybe keep? It's generic but not boilerplate? Might be considered filler. Probably drop. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for: - About the role: maybe the "The Role" paragraph describing liaison etc. Could be "About the role". Or we could treat "The Role" as About the role. - Responsibilities: list of key aspects (bulleted). Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Experience Required" and "Ability to travel approximately 25-50%" etc. Also "Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university." etc. - Qualifications: maybe "Experience Preferred" list. - Skills: maybe "Skilled in effective, clear, and persuasive oral and written communications..." etc. Could be part of qualifications but we can separate. - Benefits: list from "We’re proud to offer exceptional corporate benefits which include:" bullet list. - Pay: salary range and bonus eligibility. - Schedule: maybe not present; there is flexible work schedule mentioned under benefits. But schedule as a separate section? The posting mentions "Flexible work schedule" under benefits. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create a Schedule section unless there is real specific content. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have. Pay we have. Schedule we do not have explicit schedule (like full-time, hours). The flexible work schedule is a benefit, not schedule. So we omit Schedule. We also need to avoid headings with filler. So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting that are substantive. Let's extract. About the role: The paragraph: "The Regional Director of Labor Relations - NYC acts as the liaison between the Hotel Managers and the Business Agents from the Hotel Trades Council (Union). This role will focus on dispute resolution and contract interpretation. The role will report directly to the Head of Labor Relations and collaborate with Human Resources and Hotel Leadership to conduct and advise on investigations and grievances, as well as strategize on operational goals. This position will provide support for fourteen (14) Hyatt properties in New York City." We could also include earlier "In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Labor Relations, Human Resources, and Hotel Operations teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests." That's more about the role as well. Might be considered part of About the role. We'll include that. Responsibilities: list of key aspects: - Oversee the daily administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. - Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with the Union. - Actively support managers and supervisors in the investigation of grievances with a focus on proactively resolving them internally. - Represent the Hotel and act as the spokesperson at grievance meetings. - Educate and guide managers and supervisors through the grievance process and on contract interpretation. - Develop and maintain ongoing lists of management initiatives and proposals for future contract negotiations. - Educate managers and supervisors on the effects of historical work practices as well as actions that impact work practices. We need to keep each as

  • . Requirements: Experience Required bullet points: - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. - Five or more years of progressive experience in a leadership role in Human Resources with an emphasis on labor relations, or in labor relations. - Ability to travel approximately 25-50%. Also maybe "The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing..." we drop. Qualifications: Experience Preferred list: - Skilled in effective, clear, and persuasive oral and written communications to individuals and groups. - Experience in resolving conflicts and gaining cooperation among competing interest groups. - Ability to provide leadership and counsel to managers, supervisors, and associates. - Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. We could also include "You understand the power and purpose of our culture of care, and embody our core values of Empathy, Inclusion, Integrity, Experimentation, Respect, and Wellbeing. You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally." That's more about Who You Are, could be part of Qualifications or Skills. But we have Skills section for communication skills etc. We'll treat those as Skills? Actually they are more like personal attributes. Could be part of Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications as Experience Preferred. We could add a separate section for "Who You Are" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map "Who You Are" content into either Qualifications or Skills. Since it's about values and personal traits, maybe Skills? But Skills usually for abilities. Could put under Qualifications as "Preferred Qualifications" includes those personal traits. We'll include them in Qualifications as bullet points? They are not experience but attributes. We'll keep them as part of Qualifications section as prose maybe. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that sentence exactly. We could put it as a

under Qualifications before the list. Skills: maybe we separate communication skills etc. But we already have communication skills in Experience Preferred. Could move them to Skills. Let's decide: We'll have Qualifications for education, experience, travel. Skills for communication, conflict resolution, leadership, research, interpersonal. Thus: Qualifications (<
