The Regional Director is responsible for the overall performance of Hot 8 Yoga’s New York City territory, currently consisting of three studio locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for sales, people, operations, and the overall success of the NYC market. The Regional Director will lead our Studio Managers, drive revenue and membership growth, oversee hiring and team development, and ensure each studio consistently delivers the Hot 8 Yoga experience.
