Regional Dietitian

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Dietitian to support 5–6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary nutrition expert for facilities that offer swing bed services and have growing outpatient counseling needs. This position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations while promoting clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of Indiana
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Pay

$75,000–$80,000
