About the role
Responsible for managing customer service inquiries and resolving issues through various channels. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions
- Follow up on customer issues until resolution is achieved
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
