About the role
- Manage sales territories within a specific region
- Develop and maintain relationships with local refuse haulers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote products
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Qualifications
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of refuse hauling industry trends and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
