Essential Functions
- Lead contracting efforts with new prospects and expand services with existing clients.
- Drive new patient growth for Curant Health’s Medication Management services.
- Monitor aggregate revenue and margin performance at both regional and client levels.
- Serve as a peer leader in developing and executing A.P.P. client strategies.
- Document prospecting and client activities using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Curant Health Specialty, including initiatives related to Ryan White and PrEP grantees as well as limited distribution specialty drugs.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned by management.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of combined related sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Strong consultative sales skills and experience with healthcare engagement solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
- Able to travel as needed to client sites, conferences, and industry events.
