Regional Business Director, Diabetes - Pennsylvania

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals
• Promote a collaborative culture and high performance within the team
• Drive accountability through the use of performance metrics
• Conduct regular field visits for coaching and business development
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Champion the company’s mission and vision while enhancing customer and patient outcomes
• Communicate organizational priorities and expectations effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in bioscience commercial roles
• 2-5 years of sales leadership experience mandatory
• Experience in rescue markets or specialty spaces is highly desirable
• Proficient in influencing business performance through key metrics management
• Strong track record in building and leading motivated teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay

$180,000 – $240,000 annually
