Wage
Starting: $140,000
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with seven years of progressively responsible management experience in a construction materials setting.
- Experience working and managing aggregate production facilities.
- Proficient knowledge in computer skills and computer software relative to construction materials industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, lead and mentor others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including making presentations.
Preferred Requirements
- Advanced degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with ten years experience in a construction materials setting.
- Significant knowledge of construction materials operations with strong emphasis on math and analytical skills.
Duties and/or Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and coordinating operational and commercial aggregates plans throughout the region.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and coordinating key performance indicators throughout the region for aggregates sales and operations.
- Works with regional leadership to support and promote key corporate safety, operational and commercial goals throughout the region.
- Works with regional leadership to support customer focus, quality standards, and margin expansion through dynamic pricing.
- Engaged in corporate strategic integration of growth opportunities within the region.
- Works to develop and maintain working relationships with major vendors and coordinates vendor alignment throughout the region.
- Provide leadership and vision to foster employee growth and retention.
- Able to work independently and under time constraints.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and software.
