Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time HVAC mechanic with experience installing equipment, running refrigerant piping, and installing controls.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment such as split systems DX units, Package AC units, ductless mini splits, and other common commercial HVAC equipment.
- Install refrigerant piping with accessories based on engineer’s schematics and equipment schedule details.
- Read control schematics and install basic controls such as thermostats, humidistats, CO2 sensors, relays, and motorized dampers.
- Solve problems with common HVAC equipment.
- Experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems is a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Able to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Able to work 40 hours every week and overtime as needed
- Able to install HVAC equipment such as split systems DX units, Package AC units, ductless mini splits, and other common commercial HVAC equipment
- Able to read control schematics and install basic controls such as thermostats, humidistats, CO2 sensors, relays, and motorized dampers
- Able to solve problems with common HVAC equipment
- Experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems is a plus

- Able to work within a team and interact with people
- Able to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
- Able to install HVAC equipment such as split systems DX units, Package AC units, ductless mini splits, and other common commercial HVAC equipment
