Referral Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Alpaca Health. This role is full-time and open to candidates based in our core territory, with the option to work 5 days in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
• Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.

Qualifications

• Natural relationship-builder with a strong track record of trust in healthcare referrals.
• Comfortable working in environments with little structure and high accountability.
• Experience in community outreach and local partnerships.
• Ability to spot opportunities and convert leads into active referral partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track interactions and outcomes.
• Proven ability to foster and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers.
• Passion for making a meaningful impact on families and clinicians in the field of autism care.
