About the role
We are seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Alpaca Health. This role is full-time and based in our core territory, with the option to work 5 days in the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
- Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners.
- Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions.
Qualifications
- Natural relationship-builder with a strong track record of trust in healthcare referrals.
- Comfortable working in environments with little structure and high accountability.
- Takes ownership of market and uses data to guide relationship development.
- Uses creativity in engaging partners through events, drop-ins, content, and personalized outreach.
