About the role

As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient referrals to external healthcare providers. This includes coordinating appointments, communicating with patients, and ensuring timely follow-up on referrals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule with the option to work either Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
