What Will You Be Doing
- Handle the intake process of the order for healthcare services
- Liaison between our company and our patients and health plans
- Verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing
- Obtain and release clinical documentation
- Respond to health plan inquiries
- Research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution
What Will You Come With
- 2+ years of intake referrals experience within Home Health
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, including EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish (a plus)
- Certification (a plus)
