About the role
The role of Referral Coordinator involves managing a high volume of referrals from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate processing of each referral, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a large volume of referral requests
- Ensure all referrals are processed within the required timeframe
- Maintain and update internal referral databases
- Communicate effectively with external partners and stakeholders
- Handle inquiries and provide updates to clients regarding referral status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
