Job Overview
The primary focus of the Referee role will be officiating games for our members and programs, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Officiate sports games, enforcing rules and maintaining game flow. Manage game dynamics, making split-second decisions and communicating effectively with players and coaches. Provide a positive and safe environment for players, promoting sportsmanship and fair play.
