About the role

This position is based in our Duncan, SC Corporate Headquarters and will report to the Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk
  • Greeting clients, staff, and vendors (welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately)
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining conference room calendars
  • Scheduling and coordinating logistics and catering for internal & external meetings
  • Setting up repair services appointments for building maintenance
  • Company iPhone / iPad ordering and setup
  • Processing outgoing mail & FedEx packages, and distributing incoming mail & packages
  • Managing office inventory and ordering supplies for office
  • Phone directory management
  • Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
  • Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments
  • Keeping front area and kitchen orderly, neat, & well stocked
  • Corporate pool car coordination & maintenance
  • Running errands
  • Contributing positively as part of a team, helping out with other various office/admin/clerical tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Prior experience as a receptionist and/or admin (preferred)

  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
