Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with redeeming tickets for prizes.
• Provide information about prize options and help guests make selections.
• Verify points accurately using the redemption system.
• Ensure that guests receive the correct amount of points for their purchases.
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked redemption counter.
• Restock prizes as needed and ensure that all prizes are displayed attractively.
• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the redemption desk area.
• Ensure that the redemption area is free from hazards and obstacles.
• Absorb other tasks as needed to support overall arcade operations.
