Recruitment & Retention Specialist

About the role

This position reports to the CHRO and is a key member of the Human Resources team, focusing on recruitment and retention across our communities.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for a large organization, including sourcing, screening candidates, and offer management
• Manage HRIS platform, including job boards and onboarding
• Utilize ADP HRIS (preferred)
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Minimum of 2 years working as Recruiter/HR Generalist in a healthcare setting
• Strong recruiting skills and experience with large-scale recruitment
• Exemplary organization and time management skills

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift.
