Responsibilities Build and maintain networks throughout the community Update job postings as needed and manage Indeed budgetReview applications, pre-screen candidates, and participate in interviewsCoordinate background checks and drug screenings for potential new hiresSupport department directors with retention initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma / GED, required Associates degree within a related field, preferredValid driver's licenseExperience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking abilityStrong interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenSupportive and understanding attitude for a diverse working environmentBasic knowledge of employment law Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
