Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles from requisition intake through start date, maintaining competitive time-to-fill benchmarks aligned with production needs.
- Post and manage job requisitions within the talent management system
- Oversight applicant flow, ensure timely candidate dispositioning, and maintain accurate documentation and requisition closure
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring leaders, and maintain a strong interview-to-hire ratio through effective candidate evaluation
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates to support a positive candidate experience and strong offer acceptance rates
- Manage offer process including reference checks, credential verification, background processes, and documentation through hire date to ensure high new hire start rates
- Clearly communicate company benefits, policies, expectations, and job requirements to candidates to ensure alignment and reduce early turnover
Talent Pipeline & Community Engagement
- Proactively source candidates through community outreach, referrals, job boards, workforce agencies, and networking to build and maintain an active pipeline for high-volume roles
- Plan, organize, and host on-site and off-site hiring events that generate qualified applicants and measurable hires
- Represent the company at job fairs, technical schools, and community organizations to strengthen long-term talent pipelines
- Monitor effectiveness of sourcing channels and advertising strategies; recommend adjustments to improve applicant quality and hiring outcomes
Onboarding & Recruiting Support
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Provide support for salaried-level recruiting and additional facilities as business needs require
HR Team Support
- Support employee engagement events and workforce initiatives led by HR
- Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and cross-functional departments as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks
