Recruiting Specialist

Job Overview

Apex Systems is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support our client!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using the tools provided.
• Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates.
• Document activity in the tools provided.
• Work with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews.
• Submittals/Interviews/Offers/Hires – we are very metrics driven and track everything.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
• 2+ years of experience recruiting with IT
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
• HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with working in a DoD environment
• Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow
• Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
