Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the Atlanta office recruiting efforts
- Affords assistance with new hire paperwork, training calendars, social events, and various logistics for the Summer Associate Program
- Provides support scheduling interviews and tracking law school and lateral candidates
- Assists with law school visibility events and outreach
- Provides administrative support to the various Atlanta office committees
- Coordinates on-boarding and training programs for our New Lawyers Group
- Might provide additional support to the Miami office and participate in department initiatives
- Interacts daily with partners, associates, summer associates, and various Firm and law school administrators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum one year of experience in a law firm or professional services recruiting department (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within and outside of the Firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using web-based databases, and data reporting and virtual platforms
- Ability to work overtime as needed
