Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates in the IT sector
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Avature preferred)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
