Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and prepare detailed candidate profiles for interviews.
- Prepare and distribute job postings, manage applicant tracking systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including providing necessary documentation and resources.
- Assist with employee relations and other HR tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into the recruitment process.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and employment.
