About The Role We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our scaling efforts during a period of significant hiring growth. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the entire interview process. You will also provide essential support across core HR functions, including onboarding, employee record management, and compliance tracking. Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or related administrative rolesExperience with HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus)Proficiency in G-Suite products (Google Workspace)Knowledge of compliance regulations and benefits administrationStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsApproachable, responsive, and solutions-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with California wage and labor laws Responsibilities Support the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions, from intake to offer, in collaboration with the Senior Corporate RecruiterSource active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing toolsConduct initial outreach and support early-stage screening calls to verify candidate qualificationsCoordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist in drafting and posting job requisitions across relevant platformsSupport the preparation and extension of job offers in partnership with HR leadershipTrack and report recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health and process efficiencyAssist with onboarding tasks such as background checks, offer letters, and first-day coordinationSupport New Hire Orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding processMaintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and complianceProvide backup support for offboarding processes and compliance tracking across jurisdictionsPartner with department leads to address broader HR needs as they arise Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $27.00High-quality health, vision, and dental insurance plansUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to promote work-life balanceComprehensive 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributionsOpportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding companyCollaborative and innovative work environment with a global team Equal Opportunity Airspace is an equal opportunity employer.
