Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator In Home Senior Care Goodyear

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator to attract, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers who make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults every day.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Review applications and proactively recruit top talent.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events.
• Maintain candidate communication and deliver an outstanding applicant experience.
• Complete background checks, reference checks, and hiring paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and employment regulations.
• Partner with scheduling and operations to meet staffing goals.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results.
• Represent Home Instead at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Healthcare, home care, senior care, or staffing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfortable using recruiting software, Indeed, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment regulations.
