Responsibilities
- Create and manage employment ads
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Completes background checks
- Onboards new staff
- Communicates with the Scheduling team to determine needs and priorities
Requirements
- High energy and a desire to succeed
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in social media and employment sites
- Previous recruitment experience or related work history preferred
- Home care background is a plus
