Recruiting Enablement Contractor

About the role

Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions, is seeking a Recruiting Enablement Contractor for a 12‑month contract position based in either Boston, MA or New York City, NY. The role focuses on developing training materials, onboarding resources, and enablement programs to support recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create training materials, onboarding resources, and instructional content for recruiting teams.
• Design, build, and implement recruiting enablement programs and initiatives.
• Create documentation, playbooks, process guides, and other resources that support the broader recruiting organization.
• Partner with recruiting stakeholders to identify training, onboarding, and enablement needs.
• Translate recruiting processes, tools, and best practices into clear, practical, and easy‑to‑use training content.
• Establish consistent processes, resources, and tools to support recruiter effectiveness.
• Build scalable enablement resources that can be leveraged across the recruiting organization.
• Continuously improve training materials and enablement programs based on stakeholder feedback and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with recruiting and cross‑functional partners to ensure enablement initiatives align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in Learning & Development, training, enablement, instructional design, or program development.
• Professional experience within Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience developing recruiter onboarding programs, training programs, playbooks, instructional materials, process documentation, or similar resources.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop programs and materials, rather than solely facilitate existing training.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable instructions.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, processes, and the needs of recruiting teams.
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders across a recruiting organization.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple enablement priorities simultaneously.
• NYC preferred; candidates based in Boston will also be considered.

Pay

Pay range for this position is $65.00 – $70.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
