Partner Enablement Operations Contractor
About the role
Location: Seattle, WA – Remote (PST; flexibility for in-office visits preferred). Employment Type: Temporary – 1 year, with potential to extend. FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt.
Responsibilities
Run certification exam registration, scheduling and eligibility in Pearson VUE; check certification records and route certified learners to the right groups; manage the partner support inbox and escalate complex cases; work with an AI support agent to answer routine questions and resolve escalated tickets; build dashboards that link certifications to partner tiers and business outcomes; document workflows and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years in certification, learning or partner program operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Hands‑on experience with Pearson VUE or a similar proctored exam platform
- Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, partner portals, APIs and middleware (Workato, Zapier or similar)
- Skilled with spreadsheets and dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau or Salesforce reports)
- Strong written communication for high‑volume email and Slack support
- Good judgment in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings; experience working with partners preferred

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $135.00 – $135.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (PST)
