Responsibilities
- Drive partnership growth through data-driven insights by uncovering market opportunities, identifying performance trends, and recommending strategies that increase partner value, revenue potential, and business impact.
- Own forecasting and financial modeling initiatives that improve decision-making, strengthen commercial strategies, and provide leadership with accurate projections for partner performance and growth.
- Influence go-to-market success by translating complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance product adoption, partner engagement, and market expansion.
- Enhance operational excellence across the partner ecosystem by establishing scalable processes, improving data integrity, and creating greater visibility into partnership performance and return on investment.
- Shape the future of strategic partnerships by identifying opportunities to optimize programs, increase profitability, and deliver measurable outcomes that support Global Payments’ long-term business objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, partner operations, or a similarly analytical role with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting, with the ability to transform large, complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, combined with a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, as well as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems.
Experience in the financial technology (fintech) industry and/or certifications in project management, data analytics, or related disciplines.
