Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do Position Summary Provide recruiting services to Deloitte project teams. This contract assignment supports technical recruiting from intake through onboarding coordination, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring-activity tracking. Work you'll doThe service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Recruiting Contractor will include: Document role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and priorities during intake discussions.Source, screen, and present candidates for assigned technical positions.Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer-stage activities, and onboarding handoffs.Use recruiting data and market information to provide recommendations to the project team.Track openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity in recruiting systems. Qualifications Required: 6–7+ years of overall recruiting experience, including substantial technical recruiting experience.Experience recruiting within a technology company, professional services organization, or direct competitor environment.Strong understanding of and ability to navigate comprehensive recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Technical recruiting experience within a professional services organization.Experience advising hiring teams and stakeholders on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and candidate pipelines.Experience managing high-volume and complex recruiting assignments. The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55 - $65 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
