PRIMARY PURPOSE
To source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide who are eligible to join Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network; to develop a network of qualified contractors and maintain contractor capacity levels within a assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas.
- Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool.
- Evaluates applications and interviews to ensure candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications.
- Maintains company records in contractor software.
- Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process.
- Develops and maintains strong contractor relations.
- Works with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred.
