Recruiting Coordinator, New Grad

About the role

IXL Learning, a leading provider of personalized learning products used globally, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support its hiring efforts. This role offers an opportunity to gain insights into a fast-growing company's recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team to understand and support hiring needs
• Host and manage onsite interview candidates
• Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews with exceptional attention to detail
• Become an expert on IXL Learning to answer candidate questions about products, positions, and company culture
• Efficiently manage and track candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Provide a great candidate experience from source to hire
• Ensure candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) are organized and up-to-date
• Eagerly respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email
• Work with the recruiting team and hiring managers to refine the recruiting process
• Assist with projects as needed

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or in an administrative support role is highly preferred. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential. Self-motivation and a drive to exceed expectations are key. A high energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are also important. Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and team members are necessary. Exceptional attention to detail and experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) and G Suite are preferred. Passion for education and technology is valued.

Qualifications

The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $25 - $31 per hour plus benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
