About the role
We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel. You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
Responsibilities
- Cook up the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
- Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency
- Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement

- Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
