WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Texas Recruiting team, partnering closely with recruiters, consulting staff, candidates, Career Services offices, student organizations, and colleagues across Bain offices. This team plays a critical role in attracting and engaging top undergraduate talent through on-campus recruiting, interview processes, and candidate programming.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to the Associate Consultant Recruiting team. You’ll help plan and execute recruiting activities for Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) and Associate Consultant (AC) hiring, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering a high level of service and organization.
School Support, Event Planning & Execution
- Own and manage recruiting activities for designated Texas core schools
- Plan and execute recruiting events, including venue coordination, logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Track recruiting pipelines and coordinate activities across Bain offices
- Manage event invitations, RSVPs, interview schedules, and candidate logistics
- Attend recruiting events and support execution both on campus and in-office
- Career day logistics, including travel, materials, space reservations, and catering
- Aid in resume reviews, candidate screening logistics, and interviewer materials
Communication Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and referrals throughout the recruiting process
- Manage communications with Career Services offices, student organizations, and campus partners

- Support Associate Consultant Intern, Associate Consultant, and other undergraduate recruiting programs
- Aid in off-season communications, including onboarding and new hire integration activities
Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support
- Support recruiting event planning and commitment tracking
- Maintain recruiting data and reporting within Avature
- Aid in candidate expense reimbursements
- Career day logistics, including travel, materials, space reservations, and catering
- Coordinate offer letter updates and offeree materials
- Monitor recruiting supplies and marketing materials
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
About You
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of recruiting, administrative, coordination, or related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with databases, HR systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruiting activities within a professional services environment
- Experience coordinating events, interviews, or campus recruiting programs
- Familiarity with Avature or similar recruiting platforms
Working Model
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
U.S. Compensation Information
- Annual discretionary performance bonus
- This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
- 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
