Responsibilities
- Travel up to 50%
- Responsible for finding, organizing, and taking part in career fairs, presentations and other events as needed, creating and retaining partnerships
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employment
- Supporting the full life cycle recruiting process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, perform background checks and extend offers of employment as needed
- Post positions and source candidates using job posting websites, job boards, social media, professional networking, and cold calling as needed
- Collaborate with the HR and Management teams to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Prepare information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Collaborate with Recruiters out of the state
Qualifications
- 0-2 Years Recruiting Experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the recruitment team, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient with MS Office and ability to adapt to new systems
Requirements
- Reports to the Recruiting Outreach Lead
- Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm when not offsite at events, presentations or building relationships with partners

Salary Range: USD $21.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr. rates offered based on years of experience
