Responsibilities
- Clock recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support recruiters with administrative and operational recruiting tasks.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and assist with recruiting coordination as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Pay
The pay range for this position is up to $ 30.00 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
