Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma required.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruiting coordinator experience in a fast paced and customer centric environment required.
- Familiarity and experience with recruitment sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting full life cycle recruitment is preferred.
- Prior experience with Workday ATS preferred.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to deal with ambiguity is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- Ability to assist with driving the recruitment process forward when called upon.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive recruiting experience by establishing relationships with the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
- Effectively schedule video and onsite interviews, accurately communicate interview details, and calendar invites.
- Host onsite and offsite career events once they resume.
- Create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, receive and track new hire materials, and update and maintain appropriate databases.
- Candidate travel and lodging if necessary.
- Manage complex schedules through Outlook and quickly react and solve any last-minute schedule conflicts or changes.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiters when needed which can include posting and un-posting jobs, candidate communication, and assisting with the pre-hire due diligence process, and assistance with sourcing of candidates.
- Must demonstrate and practice the highest degree of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Support various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis which may include establishing and maintain relationships with local universities, community colleges, and inclusive and diverse groups.
