Responsibilities
- Support interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates
- Ensure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and engaging interview experience
- Communicate interview logistics, expectations, and follow-up information promptly
- Maintain accurate candidate data within Ashby and other recruiting systems
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities, paperwork, and onboarding logistics
- Ensure new hires receive timely communication and feel excited to join Coram
- Help create a best-in-class onboarding experience that reflects our culture and values
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding
- Support continuous improvements to recruiting processes and documentation
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and ongoing communication with agency partners
- Track agency performance and maintain organized communication across external recruiting partners
- Support recruiting events, special projects, and hiring initiatives as the company scales
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through automation and process improvements
- Act as an ambassador for Coram by creating exceptional experiences for every candidate interaction
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience using Ashby or modern ATS platforms is a plus
- Experience supporting technical or GTM recruiting teams is a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting agencies and vendor management is a plus
- Experience with onboarding coordination and People Operations is a plus
- Startup or high-growth technology company experience is a plus
