Recruitment Support
Possibly partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless, positive, and efficient hiring experience.
Talent Operations & Technology
Serve as the primary administrator for Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including Greenhouse, scheduling tools, AI notetaking tools (BrightHire), and other recruiting technologies as they are implemented.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
Drive continuous improvement of the candidate experience through feedback collection, reporting, and project management initiatives.
Projects & Administrative Support
Support special projects related to recruiting, employer branding, and cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Who You Are
- Experience in similar roles: At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment, ideally in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, or Administrative Support.
- Eager to learn and grow: Demonstrates a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations and is motivated by opportunities to develop new skills and take on increasing responsibility.
- Proactive problem-solver: Takes initiative, seeks out solutions, and embraces new challenges and projects with a positive attitude.
- Adaptable and organized: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages competing priorities, and maintains exceptional attention to detail.

- Technically proficient: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting software is a plus.
