Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, drive team productivity, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster learning
• Support insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs, lesson learn documents.
• Support email to case inbox management
• Support live office hours, workshops and events
• Serve as a point of contact for customer communications
• Maintain and monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, program management, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones, which may result in starting your working day at 7:00AM (local time) on a regular occurrence

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with data including strong excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills, team first mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with peers, stakeholders and candidates
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively, work under pressure to meet critical deadlines and remain flexible in a changing environment
• Experience utilizing Asana program management platform

Pay

$18.87 - $20.87/hr

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and may vary based on project needs, but typically includes working across multiple time zones, starting at 7:00AM local time.
