Recruiting Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruiting team
- Cook candidate interviews, including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Maintain candidate files and update internal databases and tracking systems
- Review resumes and assist with employment history verification and reference checks
- Cook with external employment agencies as needed
- Generate and distribute offer letters
- Support hiring managers and client groups throughout the selection and hiring process
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
Pay
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour
Schedule
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
