Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling, coordinating directly with candidates and recruiters to arrange phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews.
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and accurate support throughout the recruitment process.
- Post and advertise open positions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and shared cloud locations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including dashboards and presentations, as requested.
- Support Talent Acquisition in preparation for career fairs and hiring events.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR programs, projects, and initiatives as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service abilities when engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required, with strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) and strong internet research skills.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED certificate, or associate degree required.
