Responsibilities
- Clock internal and external meetings using Outlook and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Create, maintain, and update candidate records within the ATS to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Manage relationships with external search firms, including tracking agreements, communications, and performance.
- Collect, track, and analyze recruiting metrics to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvement.
- Support the recruiting team by executing ad hoc projects and assisting with operational needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform all responsibilities with accuracy and consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of attendance.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive Firm information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
COMPENSATION: The national estimated salary range for this role is $37,000-$59,000. Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
