Recruiter WFH - (Contract) Nashville, TN - CSG

Responsibilities

• Sources USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division.
• Builds a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals and other recruitment sources.
• Provides information to candidates about the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing, and community offerings.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region.
• Must reside in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of success in high-volume, sales/recruitment environments in hospital healthcare.
• Experience managing 100-120 requisitions ongoing at a time.
• Supporting multiple leaders.
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems.
• Experience recruiting for Medical Assistants, Office roles, Registered Nurses, etcetera.
• Critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Technologically savvy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities.
• A smart "go getter" aptitude who embraces continuous change.
